Colibrí means “hummingbird” in Spanish, and the name felt perfect for this vibrant coffee from Santa Bárbara, Honduras. Like the hummingbird moving from flower to flower, this coffee carries a delicate energy in the cup: bright, floral, and beautifully balanced.

This limited harvest release highlights the beauty of the current Honduran crop while it is available. Grown in the renowned coffee region of Santa Bárbara, Honduras, Colibrí is a medium roast that brings together smooth caramel sweetness, lively citrus, and soft floral undertones. It is approachable enough for your everyday cup, but unique enough to remind you why coffee can be so much more than just a morning routine.

We chose this coffee because it captures what we love about Latin American coffee: warmth, complexity, and a sense of place. With every sip, Colibrí offers a clean and satisfying experience that feels both familiar and elevated.
